Taking to his Twitter handle on June 26, 2023, Navjot Singh Sidhu shared stunning pictures from his son, Karan Sidhu’s traditional engagement ceremony with his bride-to-be, Inayat Randhawa. In the pictures, the cricketer-turned-politician was seen posing with his wife, Navjot Kaur Sidhu, daughter, Rabia, son, Karan and would-be-daughter-in-law, Inayat Randhawa. Alongside, Navjot penned a heartfelt note and mentioned that his son had exchanged promise rings with his fiancee. Moreover, the politician mentioned how his son finally fulfilled his mother’s most cherished dreams. Navjot’s caption can be read as:
“The son honours the most cherished desire of his beloved mother …. On this auspicious Durga-Ashtami day in the lap of Mother Ganges, a new beginning, introducing our would-be daughter-in-law Inayat Randhawa. They exchanged promise bands.”

Currently, she is undergoing cancer treatment after being diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive cancer earlier this year in March 2023. Since then, Navjot has been standing like a pillar of strength for his wife. Recently, on June 25, 2023, the politician shared a video of his wife, with her clean-shaven head and lying on her bed. She was seen undergoing chemotherapy at a hospital. Sharing the video, Navjot wrote:
“Nothing is impossible for a resolute person……. her steely resolve has been facilitated by Dr. Rupinder Batra (Former Tata Memorial Oncologist) at Waryam Singh Hospital, Yamunanagar.”

When Navjot Singh Sidhu shared a video revealing his wife, Navjot’s first chemotherapy
Earlier, on March 12, 2023, Navjot Kaur shared a video on her Twitter handle, wherein she was seen taking her first chemotherapy session. In the video, she could be spotted resting on a bed while an IV was being administered to her under the supervision of a nurse. Along with the video, Navjot Kaur penned how meditation is helping her in her fight against cancer. As soon as Navjot Kaur’s tweet went live, her husband, Navjot Singh Sidhu shared his views on it. However, the politician also opened up about his wife’s health and revealed their submission to God in his Tweet.
